Automotive components can vary significantly according to vehicle model, production year, market specification and technical configuration. A matching appearance or similar description is not enough.

QUALPEX uses available OE/OES references, vehicle information, supplier data and technical specifications to support accurate product identification before procurement.

Depending on the component and supplier, available documentation may include product specifications, manufacturer information, reference numbers, technical data, test reports and other supporting materials.
Where specific documentation or certification is required, QUALPEX verifies its availability with the supplier before purchase.
SUPPLIER QUALITY
QUALITY STARTS AT THE SOURCE

Product quality is closely connected to manufacturing capability. QUALPEX therefore considers the supplier’s automotive experience, production capabilities, quality systems and available product documentation as part of the sourcing process.
Our network includes access to OE and OES supply channels as well as selected aftermarket manufacturers, allowing sourcing decisions to be made according to the requirements of each project.
PRE-SHIPMENT VERIFICATION
VERIFY BEFORE IT MOVES

When required and agreed for a specific order, additional verification can be arranged before shipment, including product identification, quantity checks, packaging review, photographic verification or other agreed inspection procedures.
The scope of any inspection or verification is defined according to the product, order and customer requirements.
