Each order will be governed by the specific commercial and contractual terms provided with or incorporated into the relevant quotation, order confirmation, sales agreement or other order documentation. In case of conflict, the terms applicable to the individual order shall prevail.

QUALPEX supplies automotive parts and components, including OE, OES, Genuine and selected aftermarket products, depending on product category, manufacturer and availability. Product descriptions, photographs, OE/OES references, cross-references, dimensions, specifications and vehicle applications displayed on this website are provided for identification and reference purposes. Customers are responsible for verifying the product code, OE/OES number, dimensions, technical specifications and vehicle application before confirming an order. Where compatibility is uncertain, customers should contact QUALPEX before ordering.

3. Enquiries and Quotations
Submitting an enquiry, registration form or request for quotation through the website does not constitute an order. Prices, availability, minimum quantities, lead times and other commercial information are confirmed individually through quotations. Quotations are subject to the validity period and conditions specified in the relevant document.

4. Orders and Specific Contractual Terms
Each order is individually confirmed by QUALPEX and may be accompanied by specific contractual documentation appropriate to the transaction. Depending on the order, such documentation may regulate: product specifications and quantities; prices and payment terms; delivery and Incoterms®; inspection and acceptance; warranties and claims; returns; liability; applicable law and dispute resolution. 5. Prices and Payment
Final prices, currencies and payment conditions are specified in the relevant quotation or contractual documentation. Unless otherwise stated, prices may exclude freight, insurance, customs duties, import taxes, VAT and other charges applicable at destination. No payment condition should be assumed unless confirmed by QUALPEX in writing.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping arrangements, delivery conditions and responsibilities are agreed individually for each order. Where applicable, the relevant Incoterms® rule will be specified in the contractual documentation. Delivery times are indicative unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing. Customers are responsible for verifying applicable import, customs and regulatory requirements in the destination market unless QUALPEX has expressly agreed to assume specific responsibilities.

7. Inspection, Warranty and Returns
Customers should inspect products upon receipt and promptly report any visible damage, shortage, incorrect product or apparent discrepancy. Warranty coverage and claim procedures may vary according to product, manufacturer and transaction and will be governed by the conditions applicable to the relevant order and, where applicable, the QUALPEX Warranty Policy. Warranty coverage does not relieve customers of their responsibility to verify product codes, dimensions, specifications and intended application before installation. Returns require prior authorization from QUALPEX. Special-order, customized or specifically sourced products may be subject to restrictions on cancellation or return.

8. Brand Names and OE/OES References
Vehicle manufacturer names, trademarks, logos, OE/OES numbers and other references may be used for product identification, compatibility and technical reference purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, their use does not imply that QUALPEX is an authorized distributor, representative or affiliate of the relevant manufacturer or trademark owner. Any official or authorized relationship held by QUALPEX will be expressly identified as such.

QUALPEX takes reasonable care to maintain accurate website information but may update, modify or remove content without prior notice.
